Beez Entertainment is a distributor of Anime DVD's, and soundtracks in Europe
We are extremely delighted and very grateful to announce that Beez Entertainment will be in attendance at Nom-con! Beez are the official licencers in Europe of huge anime hits such as Haruhi Suzumiya, Diebuster, and the soon to be released Durarara amongst many other titles.
They're looking forward to seeing the Irish convention scene and will be more than happy to chat to you at their trade stand in the trade hall where you'll also be able to get the best deals on their DVD's.
Andrew Partridge, head of acquisitions for Beez, will also be taking part in the guest panel with John Swasey discussing state of the industry. Andrew however is not unfamiliar with the Irish anime scene as many of you may remember him at the Anime Film Weekend at the IFI in Dublin last March.
Andrew is currently working on another set of Anime weekends in Scotland for October which will have very special guests and will also have special screenings of the new Trigun movie: Badlands Rumble, and the new Haruhi Suzumiya film. Andrew will no doubt have more info on the weekend but click on the image below for all the latest information on it.
This'll be the first time in the republic at least that a licencer has attended a convention and we hope not the last! =)
